Listings last x days and then deleted and notified. Can log on with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to show friends and family what they think. Have the ability for banner adds later. Would like this to be on going and the budget can be ongoing and for it to use google adwords. Like a craigslist or kijiji but just for housing more specifically for longer term rentals.
