Create an App that allows people to say when they want to work based on job with their qualifications, and allows employers to find "temp" workers for that day

After realizing that a big problem is 1) Employers having employees who show up on a regular basis, and 2) Employees having trouble finding a job, this is what I want
- Allows employers to list what qualifications they need
- Employees can put in their qualifications and how far they are willing to travel
- After the initial process of filling out information, the Employee(user) has an ON/OFF button. If they wish to work at that time they turn it to on, if not then off.
- Any videos or training that is required by the Employer, the Employee will be able to watch on their phone before being accepted, and must sign an agreement saying they have
- Any time the Employer(user) needs someone to do a job, they will put out a ping that alerts people that the job is available. Anyone with those qualifications and the distance away willing to work will be alerted.
- If an Employee that has accepted the job for some reason can't make it, they can cancel and the job immediately goes back out for another person
- When employees take a job and then cancel there is a point system that is deducted telling others how trustworthy they are
- Employers can set what trustworthy level they are willing to hire for the day (100% for shows up everyday)
- App will be able to push out updates, keep database, and be as automated as possible
- A website will also be asked to integrate as a way of Employers and Employees being able to sign up
- More things may be asked , and this could be an ongoing position depending on budget, and other variables.
