Crear una aplicación para Android

Dear developers, I would be interested in developing a rather simple as it seems game. I do not have very much experience so I have no clue on the skill level that would be required. Please note that I am not hiring yet, I just want an idea on what people will charge and if it will be possible to code or not. My idea consists of an android trivial game. I have all the questions and answer redacted in a excel file. So I think the data base is done. I just need a simple App that have user registered, you can load your personal records and share with other users and if it´s posible it would be great if you can play with other user by internet. I need something simple, with a Little presentation where you can choose the game you want to play. Then I need something random that screen a question, and the user have to answer between three different option. Please, if you need further information, feel free to ask.
