I can't install the app from the Windows Store either (states it is "not available"). I did have a look at your Windows Store listing and screenshots for the app. As I understand, the app can store loyalty cards and tickets (and their associated data) locally, and synchronises with an online server when there is internet connectivity. Extra 'slots' for loyalty cards are unlocked with a purchase. Barcodes are generated in the app based on the type and code specified by the user. Let me know if there is major functionality I've missed; in the meanwhile I'll try to get the XAP running. I propose a maximum period of 80 hours (2-3 weeks) to complete the Android app, at a rate of 10 USD per hour. I can provide you with test copies of the app within the first two weeks, so we will have time to work on adjustments and bug fixes. The project is complete once you are satisfied with the app, and you will get the full source code. I'm happy to use the Freelancer app to track hours. The app design will follow standard, familiar Android visual styles. I will need a specification for the server communications (API) format. I understood that you had earlier created a windows phone version of application and now want to have it for android users. Well there is a technology which is called XAMARIN which allows to have same code base for WP, Android & IOS too. Initially it will be costly but better in long term maintenance. Thanks
