Code a Mental App for iPhone (design provided)

I am looking for an iPhone developer to build out an app that consists of around 10 different screens with different audio file lists behind them. I want to be able to include new pages or replace places via some CMS solution. The app only contains images, text and audio files - the files can be fed in via soundcloud or uploaded in a CMS - either way, just need to be able to change out or add to the audio file list. The app loads with a login screen - that should contain a facebook or google login. email won\'t be required. once a user logs into the app I would want their email collected via my mailchimp account (ideally) or a spreadsheet (google sheet) where I could access all the users. After a user logs in they will be taken to a home screen that will contain a title with a button in the middle where someone can play a quick audio track - again can be part of the app cms or fed in via soundcloud. The app will give people audio talks essentially, there will be audio talks that have to work in subsequent order. So once they listen to the audio file 1 - they unlock and can listen to audio file 2. The rest of the app contains just text and images that lead to audio experiences. there is one primary element that is animated that will show when audio plays. I can build the animation and provide the build to the developer. I will also provide all the images, text and design layout (user experience). The app experience is laid out in invision and would be happy to walk you through it.
