I want to permanently change the mac address of the android device several times. (Even if the device reboot, the mac address should not change.)... Note- I have tried with busybox implementation for change the mac address. It is changing the mac address on temporary basis. Once you reboot the device. It gains back the original mac address again.) I want to develop a App OR ADB shell script which will change the mac address permanently.

I believe the easiest and most reliable way to achieve this is through a script placed in the startup directory of the phone's file system. I have done exactly this with a linux command for iOS for personal purposes. Doing the same on Android would require a rooted device.
