Blackberry developer needed for location-based app

We are looking for an experienced Blackberry developer to develop a location-based application for locating specific information from a web service, based on a user's physical location. We will supply the web service and graphics, all we are looking for is the actual development. The application has a total of approximately 10 screens. We will supply exact details to appropriate candidates over the PMB, so please place a placeholder bid first and you can adjust later, it if necessary, after all the details have been clarified.
