Aplicación de chat: Ionic (o React Native) + Firebase + MailCore

Aplicación de chat para que la comunidad cubana en el extranjero se pueda comunicar con sus familiares y amigos en Cuba.
Se necesita de un desarrollador con conocimientos de Ionic Framework ([url removed, login to view]), o React Native, para implementar una primera versión (MVP) de una aplicación de chat, parecida a WhatsApp o Facebook Messenger. La comunicación con el servidor será directamente vía el SDK de Firebase ([url removed, login to view]), o sea, sin ser necesaria una capa de webservices. La aplicación se publicará para iOS, Android y Windows Phone.
Requisitos funcionales:

*** La versión de la app que se distribuirá en Cuba deberá comportarse como un cliente de correo el cual se conecta (vía POP o IMAP) a un servidor de email. Debe ser capaz, tanto de recibir como enviar emails, y todo ello a través de una interfaz (UI/UX) de chat.
