I'm a full time freelance android developer.I recommend using parse as the backend server for uploading videos and administrating.

PHP based server program will be created and admin usser can upload videos through its admin interface. Videos will be saved on folders/drive and their urls will be saved on database. Api will be written to fetch those videos and send the result to the app and app will diplay the videos as list. I would like to know that the app will receive the videos through live feed or as search result .
