Create a small video capture application similar to Vine (for both iOS and Android)

Create a video capture application similar to Vine - Video is recorded in 3 separate segments - up to 8 seconds each. A Next button advances from step to step and saves the video clip from each step - User records video by holding finger on a single button - recording ends when finger is lifted - No requirement to start and stop multiple times (this is different from Vine). One cycle of press-and-release of the yellow button represents the whole recording for that segment. - User can re-record the step before proceeding (overwriting previous video for the step, NOT continuing it) by pressing and holding the yellow button again - Must record audio along with the video and deliver output as a single file containing both. - When each step is recorded, the user can review it before proceeding to the next step - During recording, as with Vine or the built-in video camera, there is a live preview window showing what is being recorded - Video will be recorded with the front-facing camera only - Videos are cropped to a square aspect ratio - A short piece of text is overlaid on the video preview during recording (see graphic) - Must show remaining time by filling in a circle around the record button (see graphic assets) - Must show indication of current recording step (see graphic) - When all three steps are complete, the app concatenates all three video clips into a single clip, overlaying the text prompt for each step onto the video like a caption (same look as the text overlay during recording - see the graphic) - User can review the finished video when complete - background texture/image on screen must be changeable easily in the code - Must deliver for both iOS (Objective-C) and Android (Java) The delivered code will be integrated into a larger app - the deliverable should be created as a standalone app, but please construct the code in a way that makes it easy to integrate with other functionality.
