I'm looking for a freelancer who can create an iOs-based app for iPhone/iPad. The app consist around one important feature: Users of this app have the option to turn alerts on and off. When alerts are on, the user will receive push notifications/messages from the app on their phone. The push-notification leads to an article inside the app. The process goes as following: 1. User downloads app. 2. User turns on alerts. 3. I send a newsletter via my website. 4. User receives push-notification of new alert with title of the newsletter. 5. User clicks on notification and can view the newsletter inside the app. Also, the newsletter archive is visible inside the app. The Webservice to get all above data from server on mobile will be developed by you. This is a long term project and once the apps are designed I will require that you will stay available to work with me and change the app in the future ( at separate costs to be agreed upon). Also I might need it to be converted into an Android too. You will create both and iPhone version and a HD iPad version. I will provide you with extra details after acceptance of the project.
