Copy an iPhone App for Cydia

Hello,
I need someone to copy an app from the app store that will function the same way, however it does use a Paypal Account for the person who owns the app.
The app is called MessageX on the Apple Appstore. Pretty much want to make it a .deb file for Cydia with a few tweaks of the app.
