App that helps predict future stock price

Write a simple app that lets you enter the stock symbol internally without displaying anything, it takes the stock symbol and finds the the first in the money stock option call of that symbol and it finds the volume of that stock option, it does the same for the first out of the money stock option call. It adds the volume together. It does the same for the stock option puts in the first out of the money and in the money stock option. If the call volume is higher than the put volume it gives a prediction to the user on the screen that the stock will go up. If the call volume is less than the put volume, it will predict it will go down or stay the same. a 15 to 20 minute delay is expected since most sites like Yahoo finance give at least a 15min delay on data All the user will see is the input screen to add the stock symbol and an enter button. After he hits enter and the information is calculated, all he will see is either. "This stock will likely go up" or "This stock will likely go down or stay the same"
