Android Application development

I am planning to get an android application developed. Following are the requirements 1> When the application is launched, initally spalsh screen needs to be displayed until all the initialization and connectivity are complete 2> Application will have 10-12 screen and couple of alerts or popups 3> One of the screen in application is to display the images in gallery format. Android gallery should not be uses as it does not meet the requirement. Few customizations are required to display the images in the gallery. 4> Application needs to interact with a website database php, to update some information. Actually 10 fields related to user information needs to be updated in the databse such as username, password, address, email, phone etc. Website is being done as a seperate project.. Integration testing needs to be done 5> Settings and user preferences needs to be stored in local database 6> one animation needs to be displayed 7> Audio file need to be played, paused etc in the application. or it might be a flash content.. yet to be finalized. We will provide the screen designs and the screen flow in a word document later. All the details and the screen design will be shared, once the project gets awared. Provider needs to sign NDA. Proposal should be detailed. How the project will be approached needs to be mentioned. Providers previous experience and references are appreciated. The app should be modular, scalable and easily portable. After succesful completion of this project, the same company might have to port it to iphone as seperate project..
