CRE Loaded Mobile Website for a variety of Mobile Devices

I have a fully customized shopping cart that was created in CRE loaded and I want to create a custom designed Mobile ecommerce version of it. The website should detect the device that's being used and show them the appropriate version of the site be it the desktop version or the mobile version.
