Hello i need to create "Mobile website APPLICATION" for institute will run for Iphone and Ipad Users - with Login / Register page (in login page will show some news, and Random photos) - after login (Page with news and Alerts for logged user depend on user Major / Group (Computer System, Service Group, Communication Group) ) - will have two types of Alerts 1- Important, 2- Very Important - User Can Add News and Alert for specific Groups or for all groups / majors in more details - project contain 5 Pages 1- Home page (log-in Space, register new link, News Space, and show random Images) 2- Register New Page (Email,Password,Full Name, and User Group (Computer System, Service Group, Communication Group) ) 3- Account Page after log-in (Contain News bar, Alert bar, Link to add new News, Link to Add new Alert) 4- Add new News page (User) (Text Space to add the News words, select the groups) 5- Add New Alert Page (User) (Text Space to add the News words, select the groups, Select Alert Importance ) in News or Alert Bar the Group name will be in start of News / Alert with red Color And Bold Font

I will use PHP and MySQL for this project, not C# and Microsoft SQL. I will use JQuery Mobile and other technologies to ensure the system can be viewed from ANY device or monitor. Each user of each group will be able to submit news and alerts. Alerts and News are shown to users when they log in. Users can filter the news by adding words to search for.
