We have an existing Web page (see [login to view URL]). I am looking for a HTML + CSS expert who can convert this web page to a responsive web page that can work on a mobile. I would like to have this work completed by 21/03/2014. Please respond urgently giving examples of responsive web sites that you have developed previously.
