css3 Jquery hidden slider (Slideout) menu like youtube/facebook mobile

Git hub has many Facebook like slider menus. Link: [login to view URL] I need a open source menu, but customized to my needs. I need the code to be simple small and in as fews folders or files as possible. I project must added, open source and free on github after it's paid for. I plan on using it as a portal. It will lead my buyers to all my accounts on all the sites I sell all my product on. My personal accounts like, Ebay, Craigslist ect.... Product demo full page on a youtube embedded video. A full page google maps to show my location. And links to purchase the products using paypal ect.... All below the bing translator All my accounts or those sites that have them must show up on the main page below the translator after the link is clicked. Using this link as a blank example, I will describe the changes in the design. Link: [login to view URL] Basically this is what I need: 1. The menu slider icon to be able to switch to the right side of the page and left as an option in the code. (With a word like hook or change here as the key word used to locate where the toggle change is) 2. The red toolbar will become a black bing toolbar translator. Except where the push button is located. (With a word like hook or here as the key word used to locate where the change is) 3. The black bing translator must force all webpages that load below the translator toolbar. (With a word like hook as the word used to locate where the change is) 4. When a customer surfs the a site, for instance like ebay, and hits the a link like register or search anther page, the page must force load with in my slider template main page not a external pop up page. Just like the links will. 4. All pages must load with in all mobile phone broswers. It will be tested. 5. I will give a list of around 20 misc websites. The links must load those sites and the full length of the site (scrollable) in to the main page below the tool bar. The github repository will be one of the links. 6. The vertical scroll bar that shows up on the right of the menu when the slider is activated and the customer views the links will be hidden. 7. The menu link backgrounds will be black. Not white like the one in the example 8. The lines in between the menus will be grey. (Not black like the one in the example) 9. When the link is activated the background will be a transparent blue. (I'll give a example) 10. At the bottom of the hidden menu i'm leaving a disclaimer that i'm not the owner of the websites the links go to. So I need a fake paragraph their. 11. I also plan on adding a google custom search, a google maps showing my location and a full page youtube video as one of the many links. They must load full page and below the translator. 12. A option in the code where I can force a page like youtube to load into the browser and not scroll down or scroll down by choice. 13. The code must not have any branding or hidden encrypted files.
