A simple Android App to track movement using GPS

We need an app written for the Android OS for smartphones (and eventually iOS as well), that captures data from the GPS in the phone and presents a fairly simple numeric and graphical analysis for the user. For a period of time defined by the user, the app will monitor the time, distance and the velocity of the phone, carried during exercise. The purpose of the app is provide assessment and feedback to the user about their activity during training and/or competition. 1. The app will have a start-stop button to control the measurement period. 2. The app will present numerically and in bar graph format, the time spent and distance moved (both measures in absolute and relative formats) in each of the following movement categories; standing, walking, jogging, running, sprinting. 3. The app will also report total session time, distance and maximum velocity. 4. The number of, name of and numeric range of movement categories (ie. walking, jogging, etc.) will be defined by the user on a separate settings screen in the app. 5. The app will store the summary information (2. & 3.) in a small data base that will allow the user to compare with the previous ~20 sessions 6. The app may only need 2-3 screens. We would like input on the appearance of the screens, layout, colour scheme, etc. 7. If possible, we'd like the app to incorporate the functionality of another app, "Tracker Boost" that increases the sample rate of GPS data. 8. the app needs a instruction/tips screen as well. 9. In the future, we would like the app to be available in a few other common languages, upload to a website. 10. Can you provide a time line for completion of the app in your bid please.
