create a sharable calendar and task app

you will create an app to help our company create a management system. first of all: the app creates to do lists. these to do lists can be assigned with a deadline. easy to create a temporary group with a contractor. people can share hours worked ( they are tracked) ( while in contractor mode) you can communicate with them via SMS through the system you can share documents, pictures, voice recording and video lists first of all have an administrator the administrator can assign something to be done to someone. ( the automatically share it) (team members can share items with each other BUT they have to be accepted, other users they share lists. these lists back up to google lists ( if accepted) everything has to be VERY EASY TO USE AND VERY SIMPLE LOOKING!!! simple as google calendar! admin can share with as many people as they want. admin creates his own group. admin can create unlimited groups. team members can create chats with each other. users must confirm who they are by email verification or in phase 2 cellphone verification you have your real identity AND your user name. you can create special events with all details on your group page and send invites out to people. they have to sign up to your page to get special events... you are able to ping people and make their phone vibrate.. have reocurring events all your info is backed up to your online calendar. you can create conference calls to your team to discuss whatever you want with as many people as you want... if he assigns tasks, this creates the list. works like whats app but instead tasks. groups can chat back and fourth. aswell... tasks and info save to icaendar or google calendar. recipients get an invite of the software to recieve lists. they can see what the other lists of todos in their team mates they can assign tasks for other people ( if administer/ c.e.o) allows ( they assign their position name, might even be father) other people can (not administrators) share links with their entire team (or family) they can create a profile with their particuliars too... upload a picture of their self. team members can create private chats with texts etc ( all things from whats app) share pics from the internet and more... create group discussions or easy one one one discussions. easy to install sends over whats app or text or viber for invites note: when an administrator sends a todo. it goes to the recipeints list its an easy way to share calendars too.. who ever creates a group is the the admin ( whatever title they choose) he assigns all tasks to people (with deadlines or just lists) if any one in the team wants to assign other people to work, the c.e.o has to approve it. ( although they can share tasks with other people ( all things goto a task list, if their are dates, they save to calendar...) he can also edit it or reject it ( rejected- goes back to assigner, with reason for rejection) people work on their project and mark them off as they are completed, when they complete a task, they can take a picture of it and share it with admin... ( remember teams can share tasks but each member has to accept them) members can acce the c.e.o or admin ( there can be as many admins as c.e.o chooses) can get progress reports of all items on list complete they can view everyones list and see what ones are completed) they can make notes on anyones list.( private) there are daily lists, reocurring things that have to be accomplished and more...) set alarms. inform c.e.o or admin if due date is coming up and the list hasn't been achieved yet... you can also create private lists. and not share them aswell... simple to use interface you must have created a very friendly user interface before. you are working with an entrepreneur that has been in business for 15 years. looking for a partner in this after it is completed. we will run it in beta mode. after that you will be paid a percentage of profits to you and your team...
