Device Controller Android App and Windows Software (Together or Separate)

Hi developers, We need to hire software developer that can make Android and/or Windows based TCP Control Application for our hardware. We can hire one developer for both job, or can hire developer as seperated. Our device is designed to control lights, motors, fog generators etc. We are goiong to give more information of communication packet and algorithm. * The device has 3 type outputs: ON-OFF (relay), Analog Output (PWM) and PPM outputs Value of ON-OFF can be 0% (on state) or 100% (off state) Value of PWM can be any between 0% and 100% Value of PPM can be any between 0-50% or 50-100% (50% is center point). * The device sends defines of outputs that involve output types for each outputs which is up to 16. An output define could be one of ONOFF, PWM, PPM, NOT USED, DISABLED or ERROR. * The important point is that the users are able to save the settings of their favorite devices to encypted files which keep IP, port, password and user defined names of outputs of the devices. Then, the users are able to call back the settings on login screen and to login automaticly after load the settings. * Login screen must be consist of IP, port and password input boxes and also "Load Saved File" button. * Communication packet is consist of 20 bytes. First byte is a constant byte, second and third bytes are session ID which must be used in each packet (Value of them are 0 in login communication), fourth byte is command, fifth byte is subcommand and the last one is checksum to encrypt the message. <MARKER CONST BYTE><IDH><IDL><CMD><SUBCMD>...<DATA>...<CHECKSUM> * Checksum algortihm will be written by ourselve. The developer can take it as XOR of first 19 bytes. * The device sends reply (feedback) message for each queries and commands. * If connecttion is accepted (password and connected users limit is ok), the output types and then states must be pulled from the device. Except DISABLED and ERROR defines must be shown at the control screen. * We want the communication commands are stored in a crypted file as xml, json etc to able to change and redefine the protocol. Android APP can be designed with based Android SDK, HTML (as webview) or Adobe Air. We can talk about this. Windows software can be designed with based VB.Net, C#.net, Flash (Adobe Air), Silverlight. We can talk about this also. NOTE: We have already developed Windows software that based VB.net. Base of problem of this software that occasionally cannot catch some threads. Developer can revise this software as an option for Windows job, instead of new one.
