Colourful android reaction game

Freelancer required to develop a simple android time reaction game from concept to completion, submission to market. Freelancer must have EXCELLENT graphic design skills. The game must be very colourful and will have cartoon like design. - The game will consist of three pages - 1. Introduction page - Start button, High score, Quit 2. In-play page - contains a number of buttons the user interacts with and use accelerometer 3. High score page. - possibly submission on the internet. The game will be timed and will required sound on/off options. (Further detail on the concept will be provide when freelancer messages me.) All aspects of the game must be designed the freelancer including graphics. Two copies are the game are required. One with adverts and one without.
