We need a simple app for Android (3.0+) enviornment which would be able to scan a barcode and put the output number in a fixed URL eg. 01234567890 --> http://somewebsite.com/index.php&id=01234567890 which afterwards would automatically open that url in built-in browser. These are the basic assumptions for the project, message me for any more details.
