Android video camera recording application

Android IP camera application needed. Main features are as follows: - Send video and audio over IP at variable bit rates / resolution to PC depending on network conditions. -Record video and audio at full resolution to the phones SD card. Resolution MUST be capable of being different from video sent over network. - these 2 must be happening simultaneously (sending over IP and recording to SD card) - MUST NOT USE GPL CODE (LGPL code is ok) source code to application must be capable of being used in a proprietary code base. Source code licences that require credit are acceptable. -PC receiving application should be provided, it could use XMPP to setup the call. This is for a proof of concept application (so no setup screen required etc), also much as we would like this to work with HD video resolutions. Very happy to have either Jelly Bean or Ice Cream Sandwich versions of the application. All copyright to either be open source (e.g. MIT/Apache/LGPL) licenced OR the author will licence to us with no royalty. Note application will be tested on a Nexus S phone running Jelly Bean. Providing it works on this phone we do NOT need to go into the android marketplace
