I need an application to monitor network activity and detect all bot (not human) tweets and notifies the user about the application being tweeting and create a whitelist and a blacklist of applications and also logs all activities that the mobile makes like SMS's and calls.

this is a very short description about the application, attached 3 documents describes the project in details (discard Arabic content).

I need a functioning APK file and the source code of the application ready to be built again.
