Android Port of IOS app

We are looking to create an android version of our existing iOS app. The app consists almost entirely of pdfs that can be browsed and searched through the app. We will provide all the PDFs and necessary assets needed to create the app. We are not looking to add any significant features beyond the current iOS version, but there may be a few small changes that do not effect the functionality or use of the app. You can download the current version of the android app to gauge what level of work is required.
