Create an access database for my work

The database will be used to record and report all details of work. I have the basic structure made already, I need a professional person to develop it, and to finish the forms and reports for me . main issues in this database will be : - server and clients structured .. ( can we host the server file online?, otherwise, I'll arrange for a PC to be kept in the office and turned on ) -users, with authentication and logging of sessions and actions - purchase orders - shipment documents follow up - stock in different warehouses - - sales - expenses - clients and credits -reports on sales, product stock, shipments. -multi language ( just put the caption in two languages.. that's all I need. I need some way to publish certain reports periodically . some triggers and warnings , like low stock, low sale price, stock exceeded shelf age .. Nice Interface , I'll provide products photos, I want data entry to be interesting for employees . backing up daily Will need the .accdb files after we finish open for future update I hope to find someone with some experience in this work, and some accounting background. Please expect me to send a lot of messages with requests for modifications in forms or reports while we are working on the database. At least, at leas one impressing suggestion from you, regarding this database .. that I have missed .... this can be anything ... I'm not so tight on schedule, but the sooner the better .
