Hi There, This should be simple enough to do. If you want to run the two in parallel it might be more difficult, but a simple export of data from Access to a re-created version in Filemaker would certainly be achievable. Renumbering the priority list - if I understand this correctly, then a simple script trigger would re-sort based on certain criteria. I've quoted in the middle of your budget, as I expect this will take a day or two to do. I normally charge US$400 per day. Thanks James
