We currently run Asterisk PBX (V 1.6) and SugarCRM (free community edition), we are looking to remove SugarCRM as we don't want to use this software any more. We would like to re-develop our current EPOS software (based in Access 2010) to include an option for screen-popping from incoming calls from our Asterisk PBX. We would like an incoming call to query a contacts table within the Access Database and bring up the client details on a form. We have 5 extensions (soon to be 7). We look forward to hearing from you about this project, we hope this is enough information but we are very happy to answer questions.

We have a similar system , based on mysql database. We have a custom asterisk AMI connector written in php. With a little development we could adapt that script to MS Access. For further info please send us a feedback.
