We need a MPPT based charge controller system designed to run on a 63mmX63mm pcb. Board should charge a [url removed, login to view] lipo battery and collect power from a single .5v solar cell. Board will also send power to 1, 2 or 3 5mm LEDs. We currently have a proprietary design that powers one or two LEDs and runs very efficiently. System reduces output power to LEDs by half if the battery charge drops below 3.5v. System must include over-current/undercurrent protection for battery and must also include a "sleep mode" and can be awakened so that fully assembled systems can be stored without draining battery power.
