We believe we understood your requirement that is similar in implementation and provide our understanding below. Here goes our understanding: 1. CSR1010 Module is a low power Bluetooth module by Cambridge Silicon Radio. 2. We will need access to/be able to leverage a development kit 3. You would like to interface a single push-button that wakes-up the device, does given task and goes to sleep again. 4. The task would be to scan a passive tag ID. 5. NFC/RFID reader is involved in scanning the passive tag ID (We assume you already have the CSR1010 to NFC/RFID reader interfacing done or at least have the feasible modules to be interfaced in mind.) 6. Last step of the task is to transmit the tag ID to other MESH units. However, due to the costing figure of the project, we'll be required to pay $250 upfront to freelancer.in (in order to accept the project bid awarded valued $2500); If our bid is considered to be awarded, we request you to separate the milestones for this project into individual projects and pay-as-we-deliver, so it is zero risk to you and we'll not be required to face upfront freelancer.in costs.
