Create Highly Profitable Scalping EA

Stage 1: I need a very lucrative scalping EA that can be used on 4 and 5 digits MT4 broker platforms. It must be very lucrative and must have the capacity to scalp in any market conditions. If it must not trade during the news, it must be able to auto-disable itself during news and re-enable itself after the news. I will not create milestone or make any payment until I am satisfied with your EA and its settings. When I am satisfied with the work of the EA, I will pay you 40% of the agreed fee then we go to stage 2. Stage 2 Project Description: In this stage, you will write a tradecopier that will be able to copy trade from master account to multiple slaves. There must be web interface for the tradecopier for users management where all slaves accounts are pre-registered. On the user management web interface, I must be able to 1. Register and generate license key to license each slave installation. 2. Auto-expire the registration key at the set date. 3. Send subscription notification mails to the registered subscribers.
