develop a USB device to measure liquid density

Hi there, I'm placing this bid even I'm not in the USA or Canada, because I rally could help you conceptualize this senzor. My name is Bogdan and I'm from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler. There are two possibilities to measure the density in a chap way: - first one is to use a buoyant corp and a reading device, but this is susceptible of some limitation, but is possible to have few heads for different concentration range; - second one (which I prefer) is to have a spinning propeller, coupled through a torque sensor, and an adequate motor to spin the assembly. due the difference between motor's shaft rpm and propeller's rpm is easier to determine the viscosity and accordingly with known info to calculate the density.
