Candy Bar--New Hip Desert Bar/Event Co seeking corp id :)

Candy Bar is a new upscale small business by a young hip gen y'er. The concept is similar to Serendipity in Las Vegas/New York or the Sugar Factory. It is an upscale ice cream/desert "bar" type contempary eatery that caters to adults and children. During the day and weekends, it is a hip place to bring your kids or a date for a see and be seen moment and a delicous afternoon of deserts from cupcakes to elaborate over the top ice cream fantasies. During the evening, adult confections take center stage with deserts and desert type cocktails ranging from a coconut cream pie martini to the love potion cocktail. Bachorlette parties, girls night out, birthdays, etc. We believe if the woman come for the stylish atmosphere (pinks, crystals, bling bling) and yummy drinks and deserts, the men come in search of them. So, hip, sexy, contemporary, yet nothing offensive so parents still want to bring their kids for birthday parties and sweet sixteens.
