Create New Art / Logo for Coffee House on the Lake

We would like to create a new logo for our coffee house. the logo will need to be provided in full color, grey scale and line art for different media formats. It will also be required with a transparent background and colored background. Our ideas are as follows but we are open to other ideas also, we'd like it to look dimensional. Also thought about ray-traced rendered graphic. Large coffee cup (very wide top) with sunrise behind the cup. The sun would be just over the top of the rim of the cup and reflect across the surface of the coffee. The surface of the coffee would be the lake with ripples and reflections. The opposite side of the cup (the far side from view) would have a "shore line" where the edge of the cup is. The "shore line" won't reach to the top of the cup but will wrap around to either side. A small sailboat (without sails) will be in the cup and the mast will rise above the edge of the cup. It may extend pretty far out of the cup, although the boat should be pretty small. We expect it to take up about 20-30% of the cup. It shouldn't be very detailed, almost a silhouette of the boat and mast. The cup should be on the left side of the logo and the name should be placed beside the boat mast and cup. "Lake Wylie Coffee House" We'd also like to incorporate the following text: "Daily - Fresh Roasted Coffee Beans" We're open to suggestions on the font but want something that will be readable from a distance. The logo will be on our sign and people drive 55MPH on our road. We'd like to use some of the colors from our current logo, it can be found on our website ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]).
