Company Logo Wanted.

Hi, I am looking for someone to design a company logo, letterhead and business card for a company called Building Prospects Limited. Building Prospects Limited, nature of business : offering a search and selection service for the construction industry. I hope that the logo will be: > unique > simple > impressive > memorable > corporate > sleek > polished > streamlined > suave > classy I want the logo to look very professional and smart. I don't want there to be any element of tackiness to it. I am looking for a designer who will provide a number of different concepts from which I can select a preferred concept and work together to tweak it to obtain the final logo. It is very important to me that this logo is as close to perfect as I can get, so I would like a coder who is willing to be flexible and work with me to achieve this. Please identify what is included in the bid price for example; number of initial concepts, tweaking etc, and whether or not this is at all flexible. Please also include examples of previous work. I may not be able to reply to every bid personally so can I please thank everyone in advance for their time and effort. ## Deliverables I am thinking that I would probably prefer a logo which just uses the name of the company Building Prospects (I wont be using Limited in the logo). However, I do not want to abbreviate this to BP. I would like something which stands out as being classy and smart. Personally, I feel that it might be tacky to add any form of picture to the logo, but if you feel you can do this and still keep it simple and corporate then I am open to suggestions. I also think it would be a good idea to keep the logo simple colourwise. Maybe not use bright colours or too many of them. At some point in the near future, I will also be needing a website for this company. It will be a fairly simple site, but I might want to use some flash for the logo, so maybe keep this in mind when designing the logo. The business card and letterhead will also need to comply with the above brief. I am not incredibly computer literate, so am unsure as to which formats I need the logo to be in. Preferably something which is easy to incorporate into other formats. I would assume jpeg, gif and pdf, but please do not limit it to these. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. The logo will be mostly used in microsoft XL and word if that helps...
