Submission agreement / terms

Hello Writers, I need an agreement or terms and conditions for a website that pays writers for their submissions which are then owned by the website. Writers must accept the terms and clicking the submit button confirms their agreement. All submissions must be the original property of the writer, contain no plagiarism, and must not exist on any other publication or website. All submissions must not be submitted or used elsewhere until the website has rejected the submission or after 7 days from the submission date. Once an article has been accepted it becomes the property of the website and must not be submitted or used elsewhere. Accepted submissions are paid on a per accepted and completed basis, at a payment anount agreed to by the writer and website prior to accepted submission. The website intends to use ads to generate revenue, none of which will go to the writers. Please ask all questions needed in your bid proposal. This written agreement / terms must be unique to this one website. If possible, please take a less strict tone, so as to welcome writers to submit their works. Thank you.
