Representation needed for Luxembourg patent application by a patent attorney or a lawyer domiciled in European Union who is authorized to represent before a patent office in a European Union country

For a Luxembourg patent application, representation is needed by a patent attorney or a lawyer domiciled in European Union who is authorized to represent before a patent office in a European Union country. The following information of the interested person would be needed to fill up the Luxembourg patent application form (Filling up and sending of form is not the responsibility of the interested person. He only needs to provide the information mentioned):\r\n(i) Name and surname\r\n(ii) Address\r\n(iii) Telephone\r\n(iv) Telefax\r\n(v) E-mail\r\n(vi) Identification number allotted to the patent attorney/ lawyer.\r\n\r\nThis information would be used to fill up the patent application form and sent to Luxembourg patent office. The office would then send any necessary notifications at the mentioned address. Very few (only two or three) notifications are expected. The responsibilities of the interested person are the following:\r\n1. Receiving and storing the notifications.\r\n2. Typing-in and e-mailing the contents of the notification to me as and when the notifications are received.\r\n3. When requested, scanning the notifications/ part of notifications and e-mailing them. (In this case, the cost of the scan plus 20% of cost of scan would be paid by me for each scan transaction, over and above the cost of the project fixed above).\r\n\r\nThe representation of the interested person for this patent application might be changed by me later in case there is a need for more services to be provided. In such a case, the interested person will have to be ready to accept the discontinuation of representation. However, this does not affect the cost and scope of the project as described above.
