GUI has broken in Joomla backend in Menu Item section- NEED FIXED

I have a problem. I recently restored my website but when I go into the Menu Item section, the GUI appears to be broken. It looks like this see picture: [login to view URL] I need it fixed so that I can add/modify menu's like normal. This is a small problem to fix from what I have read in forums.

have some js confliction or some file or function not support to latest version due to menu item section not look good. we have to check and short our those issue.
