!!!PRIVATE!!! Hi, the client in question is a real estate agent and needs full MLS integration with IDX/RETS. His provider is complicated, so you would be in charge of providing a feed. Usually, the feed is free or up to $10 per month (we were paying $10 per month for a qualified IDX feed). Area in question is South California. All listings have to be SEF friendly and hosted localy, no iframes or outside locations, hosted service or similar. The website and template are finished and will be provided with full access. Need a component with search, showcase listings, map and similar.
