I have had a professional agency design my website, and level 1 and 2 layout pages. This has been completed. I have the entire cut us CSS site. I am using Joomla 1.5 as my CMS and realise i need a template upon which to build my site. I would like the CSS site converted to a template and loaded into my Joomla CMS. The CSS site has a custom font, background, favicon, buttons and colour scheme.
