We need some one to develop (delivery) a APP (android) with source code 100% functional to create and read a file (text ou jpeg image) in local directory on a smartphone using HTM5 + CORDOVA-FILE. It must be compiled using Intel XDK. Delivery: source code compiled and working on our environment. Simple Design, no fancy CSS needed.
