I want a custom loader created using the icon attached to this file. I want the icon to gradually change to a different color, then repeat the process. this animation needs to be looped infinitely and it needs to be able to be used in mobile devices. So, transparent background and no flash permitted. I do not want the car filled, i want the outlines to gradually change to white, the repeat the process. I need this done today, so if you cannot do this TODAY....DO NOT BID.
