Create a Nadex Rest API using a chrome extension

I need to create a chrome extension that interacts with the nadex platform ([login to view URL]). The chrome extension should be able to create a server where I can do get/put methods where those methods interact with the current web page by clicking buttons(<put>) or getting tabular data(<get>). The nadex platform is a option exchange so I will need methods for getting market information and placing orders. This extension should create a server where I can submit methods to as well as do puts. The methods that need to be created are: putOrder()<put> getServerTime()<get> getOpenPositions()<get> getWorkingOrders()<get> getCurrentContracts()<get> getBalance()<get> cancelOrder() <put> getOrderHistory()<get>
