Building a game client with 3d landscape and sprites (2d) as players

Looking for a html5 game client with the following specifications: 3d landscape landscape should use any popular open source 3d format landscape should not be a flat surface, but a "rocky" terrain (different elevation) landscape should be colourable (e.g. yellow for sand, green for grass, blue for water) landscape should have an un-walkable area (water, rock, un-passable terrain, anything) landscape should be a grid of tiles (e.g. 100 by 100 tiles, each tile can fit a player on it) the player the player can be simplistic representations, e.g. a coloured block the player must have the ability to rotate the camera angle and zoom in / out the player must have the ability to move around via mouse clicks (takes into count un-walkable area and different elevations)
