Build user sign up pages for my asp.net vb.net project (for my webapp)

Hello - I have some software that runs on mobile. However when a new user wants to sign up, I want to automate the user sign up form. This is my landing page: [login to view URL] 1) I want to have a sign up screen for users who dont have access to to this (redirect them to the sign up page) 2) I already have the css script, I just need help building the flow of screens going forward and back to allow the user to sign up. I want this to look beautiful on any mobile phone (see examples below of my css) Page 1 - enter company information (and we will use the same css i have - see below for how this looks) Click next to step 2 Page 2 - Enter personal information (Click next or click back to step 1 to make changes) Page 3 - Enter 1 employee (click next or click back) Page 4 - Enter 1 product / service (click next or click back) Page 5 - Enter 1 supplier (click next or click back) Then redirect to main page. Do not need to worry about the SQL update / insert scripts. I will do this myself Do not need to worry about the data entry boxes on each page (I will do this myself as I have a css script already) Do not need to worry about creating a new CSS. I have this which you can use for this project. All I need: 1) The screens built to look good on mobile 2) Forward and back buttons that match my existing pages and colour scheme 3) Redirect users between this sign on form and landing page 4) Have a finish button so when user submits it will execute the add / update scripts I already have 5) Build this in a way that I can easily add more steps by myself later This is not a difficult task - but please have examples to show me otherwise I will discard your bid.
