Build a atom package for a plugin

In atom we can make packages. And theres a package called: [login to view URL] I have made a .luacomplerc and everything works like a charm. However, it only works when the .luacomplerc is in the root of the project file. Theres a way to create a package with the .luacompleterc but i have no clue how because it uses javascript Theres also a package that the developper of autocomplete-lua made: [login to view URL] With the api of the autocomplete-lua, create a provider for only 1 json file!
