Community site

Hello, we're looking for a skilled webdesigner to build up a complete community site. Basic idea: User can upload pictures, comments can be posted, user can join groups to show his interests with others. More details will be given on contact. PLEASE, do NOT bid if you do NOT fulfill the following requirements! Every of the following statements must apply to you. If one does not, DO NOT BID! - You must be absolutely skilled in web design, you know (X)HTML, JavaScript and CSS in a serious way, not by using an editor. - You are creative. The site does not have to be really special with thousands effects, but it should be clearly visible that the site is modern. - You must be fully confident with all web 2.0 facts and in the way how current, modern sites should look like. - The site MUST completely be written by using <div>, we do not accept any use of <table>, <tr> or <td> - Code has to be valid (or at least close to) strict XHTML 1.0 / 1.1 - We do not want the cheapest freelancer with the slogan "Yes, we can create you a XY clone in 3 days" - You have clear references and a proper rating, confirming the stated requirements When we start working together, we'd first like to see an example of the site (screendesign in photoshop).
