Basic HTML site needed

am looking for a serious expert with a serious price to do me the following. I need some one to design me a website in HTML code (STRICTLY NO DREAMWEVER OR ANYOTHER SOFTWARE). The website can be on anything you and must have the following: Tasks: [login to view URL] HTML Code [login to view URL] style Sheet [login to view URL] be HTML & CSS validated [login to view URL] contain some Flash [login to view URL] contain some self made photoshop images [login to view URL] contain tables [login to view URL] Have a registration form in javascript I also need a 1,000 word document file on how you did each task If anyone can do this please contact me serious people only this should not cost that much it is a very basic website.
