Digital Delivery Utility Lower Price Bid

Want someone who can recommend where to host videos which I make and want to have a password and url delivered to buyer as [login to view URL] does. Most likely someone can find a freeware or shareware utility that does this and can recommend/train me and learn the interworking of the video hosting place and ensure buyers can download properly. Estimate 5-10hrs Clarification: I want someone who can take quite a bit of computer and phone time with me. Are you the one who can work with me for several hours so I can do everything myself? I need to be able to do everything myself after your instruction and me taking notes. If I get stuck on things in the future, would want help of course.
